Growth is good and we are growing. We have added some feminine flare to the Volteam. Eliana brings a diverse background, a passion for traveling, and a gnarly sense of humor. We knew Eliana would fit into the team because she is a former Vol (The University of Tennessee, Knoxville – Volunteers).

Eliana, originally from San Francisco, brings some California sunshine to the team. At age eighteen, she walked into a local criminal defense firm with a freshly typed resume and asked for a job. Having no professional experience, they asked why she wanted to work in a law firm and she could only describe it as passion. This passion for learning has led her to various diverse positions and much success. She has worked primarily with small to medium size firms in helping them achieve substantial growth. From law to politics to business development, Eliana knows how to grow firms both internally and externally.

Her passion for traveling and learning led her to the perfect Master’s program – Global Studies Program. She has spent the last year traveling and studying on three continents. The program is a research-intensive graduate program that focuses on twenty-first century globalization. The course focused on the world and globalization from various regional perspectives by engaging in research within very different academic and cultural environments.

As a genuine people-person, she loves engaging with just about anyone. Meeting and connecting people are an everyday natural occurrence. You can often find her sitting in cafes and restaurants sharing wine with the random person sitting next to her. During a ten-month period in Barcelona, she visited so many restaurants, she broke into the top 3% of Trip Advisor reviewers. Needless to say, if you ever go to Barcelona, be sure to ask her the best places.

Beyond work and studies, Eliana has an unhealthy obsession with sports. She is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan, to which she will site any stat or fact surrounding the team and franchise. Besides American football, she loves watching soccer (futbol), basketball, surfing and all major sporting events. In addition to watching sports, Eliana is overly competitive in beach volley, soccer, Muay Thai, scuba diving and surfing.
